Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Headspace help young people aged 12 - 25 years who are going through a tough time.

eheadspace is a confidential, free, anonymous, secure space where you can chat, email or speak with qualified youth mental health professionals if you are 12 to 25 years and:

  • want to chat about what's going on in your life

  • need advice

  • are worried about your mental health or feeling depressed or anxious

  • are feeling isolated or alone

  • are worried about your drug and/or alcohol use

  • are worried about a friend or a family member

  • online and telephone support is available seven days a week from 9am to 1am (AEST) and you can email at anytime

  • you can also make an appointment using email or web chat

Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Somewhere in Australia there is a new call to Lifeline every minute. People call Lifeline’s 24 hour crisis line 13 11 14 about:

  • Suicidal thoughts or attempts

  • Personal crisis

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Loneliness

  • Abuse and trauma
